Managing a geographically dispersed water programme across hundreds of villages created major visibility and coordination challenges. THE SOLUTION
Teknobuilt digitised field workflows through PACE OS, replacing fragmented manual reporting with connected mobile processes and near-real-time updates directly from project sites. GIS tracking and the Digital Control Tower gave management a 360-degree view of progress, subcontractor activity and key performance indicators across the entire programme. Reports could be filtered daily, weekly and monthly without relying on duplicated spreadsheet work.
